Does your router have IGMP snooping enabled? If so, please try disabling it.

Do you use a switch as well as a router? Please post details of your network configuration.

I don't use a switch. Network is simply a Speedport Smart 3, all wired directly (one device per LAN port) to QNAP TS-210, Toshiba Satellite laptop, Linn ADSM. IPad (2019) and Samsung A5 - Wi-fi...

It seems likely to be a problem with the router. Can you try a different router?

Unfortunately, the only other router in the house is the one we just replaced yesterday and that was showing the same problem...thing is I often stream music from the laptop to the stereo and never had any problems in the past...it´s only a recent thing.
I have noticed Kinsky (windows) picks up both servers without problem as does BubbleDS (Android)

I´ve just noticed my Norton firewall has ARP and DHS snooping enabled....should I knock that off?

The Norton firewall could be causing this problem by blocking UPnP messages. Can you try disabling this as a test or try installing MinimServer on another machine that doesn't use the Norton firewall?

Disabling the snooping settings on Norton hasn´t really helped...unfortunately I don´t have any other windows devices here I could try...
