Whem I double clixk om the Mininwatch on my computer ( on the desktop this happens. ( see attachment)And it ask me with what kind of program I want to install the JAR. file.

I think this means you don't have Java installed on the PC. See this section for details of how to install Java. You don't need to uninstall or reinstall MinimWatch.
