Most servers obfuscate the filesystem path (making it useless for converting playlists to m3u) - I assume for renderer compatibility - Jriver is one of those.
If you browse to the track in JPlay does it have the option to display the track metadata?
In BubbleUPnP that screen looks like:
[attachment=3243]
You could also try upplay (you need to hover over the album name as highlighted):
[attachment=3244]
The dev build of upplay lets you copy the URL but that hasn't been released yet.

Sorry for the delay. After many restarts and reboots somehow the system corrected itself and now MinimServer presents the audio exactly as how I remember it to be. I cannot explain what happened. All I can say is after switching back and forth between JRiver and MinimServer a few times and rebooting my mini PC the problems I described disappeared?♂️. It’s embarrassing and I must apologise to all of you for wasting your precious time.
