That’s because you’re using the Starter license, if you start the trial you’ll get full functionality

As @stefano_mbp said, these features are only available on the licensed version of MinimServer.
If you right click on the MinimWatch icon and select Configure, then select the License tab you should be able to activate a trial license. Alternatively, go straight to http://[ipaddress-of-server]:9790.
