RE: MinimServer 0.70 has been released - magister - 09-04-2013 09:32 I second what others have said about the many new features, careful testing, and quality documentation -- the latter so important. In addition, I want to acknowledge the support for multiple OS's. I know it's a lot of extra work, and it's another thing that makes MinimServer unique. Thanks Simon!! And also to winxi for his work on the Synology package, which I use. Can't wait to try the new features this weekend! David RE: MinimServer 0.70 has been released - Cableguy - 10-04-2013 19:57 Is it possible to disable the playlist index? It shouldn't appear if you don't have any playlists under your content directory. If you do have playlists, it can't be disabled. Cheers RE: MinimServer 0.70 has been released - simoncn - 14-04-2013 08:57 (14-04-2013 04:03)wappinghigh Wrote: ^ How do you create the playlists..instructions say on the server..but how? And with what? Cheers I do this by hand-editing the .m3u files. I've heard that MediaMonkey provides a way to automate this, but it produces Windows-style paths that would need to be manually converted to Linux paths. See this post. There may be other tools available. RE: MinimServer 0.70 has been released - rb73 - 15-04-2013 18:38 Odd Gravity's Playlist Creator does the trick. Just check "Use forward slashes instead of back slashes" in Settings - Playlist Details ![]() JW |
