My system - Raspberry Pi 5 running Ubuntu 24.04 (RT Kernel) .

today my minimserver-web-gui shows me the update of MinimServer and also MinimStreamer, i've updated both using the buttons on the site.

After installation (and also after multiple restarts) MinimStreamer is still not working like before! I'm using this software to get my old Roku Soundbrigdes alive, which was working fine since this morning, but after the update I get no connection to the different stream urls, whats wrong?

The URLs are from the ARD Audiothek. However, only the stations from SWR, SR, and Deutschlandfunk play. The other stations aren't selected, even though the URLs, except for Bayerischer Rundfunk, have the same format.

It's strange that the Linn Software sometimes doesn't "see" the Melco anymore. When I rescan the songs and playlists database, it works again.

Yesterday, I ripped a few albums via the D100, and after rescanning the database and playlists, it no longer sees the database.
It even gives me an error message.

What's wrong?

I sent an email to Linn Scotland, but they had no idea, and Melco Netherlands did the same.

I've also noticed that the images (CD covers) are increasingly not coming from the database.
Albums I've previously ripped and are now ripping again don't have an image. This often concerns lesser-known music/artists.

I've been using MinimStreamer without any issues for over a year to play various radio stations on my UPnP/Chromecast speakers (LG MusicFlow) via the app mConnect (on iPhone).

However, just the a couple of days ago it all stopped working. I can see the "playlists" in the app, but when I choose a station it just spins and spins.

I hadn't update the app or anything else from the day before when everything worked find, so I am really puzzled as to where the issue is.

Strangely, when I look at the MinimStreamer log it says "Library contains 0 audio files in 3 folders", which is strange as the files are definitely there and still with the ".m3u" extension. One of the steams is a standard mp3 output (though I have read there may soon be issues with the BBS HLS streams), but even the mp3 stream (ie Classic FM) won't play.

I am completely at a loss and hoping someone here can help me figure out what the issue might be, even though there had been no changes to the system from my end.

PS. I am running MininServer and MinimStreamer on a Synology DS215j NAS running DSM v6. On my iPhone 11 (iOS 18.6) I am using mConnect to access the streamed playlists.

I think Minimstreamer is stripping out the meta data (song/track info) from the radio stream, the radio plays, but there is no song info communicated back to my control point (Jplay).

Is there an option to include the meta data for this use-case where there is no transcoding
