Any update in sight?
Hi Simon,

I think the last update of Minimserver was around bunny-time. Any rough estimate when a new version with exiting new features will be out? Wink

Cheers

It's taking longer than I expected, and I'm working hard to get it finished as soon as I can.

The main reason for the delay is that the new release includes a major internal restructure that will make it much easier for me to do more frequent updates in future.

Having just moved from Asset to VortexBox and MinimServer (due to stability issues with WindowsServer 2011), I do not feel an urgent need for an upgrade, but will not reject further improvements. alfreddo12

Thanks for this. MinimServer 0.72 has been very stable, and I am doing my best to ensure the next release is of similar quaility with additional functionality.

RE: Any update in sight?
Simon, do you expect the update to include the facility to reverse artist names when displayed in a control point e.g. Terfel, Bryn displayed as Bryn Terfel?

This won't be in the next update. I'm hoping it will be soon after that.

RE: Any update in sight?
Yeah .72 has been *Very* stable. That would need to continue..that's a given. But can you give us a few hints what is coming.. I know some have been dropped over recent month's here and there on various threads... but I've lost track.. Are you able to list them all here now? (Just thought I'd ask the obvious..sorry Simon) hehehe Smile
