MinimWatch Win11 Exe Download Problem

I have only just purchased MinimServer to replace my Synology Media Server so apologies if I am missing something obvious here.
I now have MinimServer working on my Synology DS918+ and my NAIM Muso is playing from it nicely via the NAIM iPad App.
I am now trying to install MinimWatch on my Win11 PC and am selecting MinimWatch downloads (https://minimserver.com/downloads.html) -> MinimWatch Downloads -> Windows v2.2 -> (download links) Intel/AMD.
A download then occurs, and I proceed to install it as Admin; when I execute the download for install, the install proceeds and a grey desktop icon is installed - all looks good.
But on double clicking the grey MinimWatch desktop icon all I get is "Select an App to open this .jar File" - refer attached screen shot. I have uninstalled the app from the PC and retried the scenario - no good.
It seems like the desktop icon is not opening an EXE file. A review of C:/Program Files/MinimWatch/bin reveals two files: mscript and startc, but no EXE file.
Can you help please.

Synology DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 8
Running on Synology = MinimServer 2.2 update 267
Running on PC = Windows 11 Pro, 25H2, OS Build 26200.7462

Have you downloaded and installed Java (see this section)? Your post doesn't mention this. Installing Java should solve the problem. If it doesn't, please post back here.

Yes - Java was missing. Followed your instructions: downloaded / installed Java; restarted PC; Green icon now present in the bottom System Tray/Notification Area.
The green icon says "MinimServer [DiskStation] is running" and right clicking it brings up a range of actions.
