MinimWatch and Wayland
Hi Simon,
I have tried several approaches but I simply cannot get MinimWatch working on my openSUSE Tumbleweed machine. I have attached a simple text file which summarises my problem. This note explains some of the issues and you will get the drift even though my efforts are rambling. More important is that I cannot control MinimServer using MinimWatch.

This problem with the tray icon is a known issue that has been reported to openSUSE (see this thread). The thread refers to the MinimServer tray icon but the same issue applies to MinimWatch. There is nothing I can do in MinimServer or MinimWatch to fix this.

To pass options to Java when running starti, you need to put the options in a file named minimstart.conf located in the minimwatch/etc directory. See this section for details.
