Windows 10 error when trying to use Minim Watch

I have reinstalled windows 10, installed JRE 64 bit, and installed
latest Minim Watch but when I try to run it I keep getting an error

This might be the problem described in the Note to step 1 of this section. I can't be sure about this because the error message in the screenshot has been truncated after the ":" at the end. You should be able to see the full error message by selecting Options > Show log (watch) from the minim icon. What does the full message say?

Got it working. Looks like when I installed JRE it downloaded the 32 bit version even though I use 64 bit Win 10.I downloaded the offline JRE 64 file, ran it ,reinstalled Minim Watch 64 bit, and it works with no errors.Thanks
