Trying to access Melco N5, to add new MinimServer Licence

Hi

I have just purchased the full the Licence and have trying to install it on my new Melco N5. The N5 does of course come with MinimServer pre installed.

The instruction states to open a browser and enter the N5 IP address.
The N5 IP address is 192.168.0.83
But, this IP address comes back to various third party admins? Not the N5

Please can you assist?

You need to type the following in the address bar of your web browser:

http://192.168.0.83:9790

This will open the MinimServer configuration web page in your web browser.

I tried that, but Safari didn't like it. Please see screenshot.

I have tried this on Safari for Mac and Safari for iPad and both of these are working as expected.

It appears something went wrong when you tried to attach the screenshot to your post. Please see this forum post for details of how to attach a file to a post.

Thank you for your help. I have now managed open the configure page and download the licence details to the Melco N5.
http://192.168.0.3:9790.

It sounds like the Melco has changed its IP address. This can happen with DHCP. You can check the current address by looking at the Melco front panel.
