You can export playlists from BubbleUPnP (I assume also from BubbleDS) via the 'Export to M3U8' menu option under Saved Playlists, but they will need modifying as they'll contain URLs pointing to MinimServer.
I do have a script to fix these but it only runs from a Linux environment, though I'm happy to process them for you if it makes it easier.

MusicBee is another option for creating playlists.

Wouldn't this have the same problem with changes to transcoding settings not being reflected in the exported playlist? Or are you suggesting modifying these exported playlists to use relative paths to files?

"modify" does simplify it somewhat, but yes, change them to relative file paths.

How did you manage to do this? I have Playlist Creator 3.6.2 installed on my windows machine. Cannot work out how to do it?
