How to change profile in Kazoo

I have recently added a new profile on my Minimserver for pop music. In the webversion I can choose a profile, but not in Kazoo which is my favorite controlpoint.
Do I have to open the settings in minimserver on the webpage every time I want to switch?

Yes, you need to use the Profiles tab of the MinimServer web page to change your profile. Kazoo and other UPnP control points can't do things like this because they communicate with MinimServer using the UPnP protocol which doesn't provide a way to change server settings.

Thanks. That is not very convenient. Is it not possible to see several instances of Minimserver in Kazoo?

You can run multiple instances of MinimServer with different profiles and view all these instances in Kazoo.

On a Synology NAS you can use Docker to run any number of additional MinimServer instances. For details of how to do this, see this page.

Edit: You might not see a Docker package available for your NAS model and DSM version. On my DS224+, this has been replaced with a new package named Container Manager. I will try using Container Manager to install MinimServer and post back here with what I find.

I find neither Docker nor Container manager on my Synology NAS.

What model of NAS is it? Also, what version of DSM are you running?

I have model 213j with DSM 7.1.1

This model is unable to run Docker images. Do you have any other device that could run a second instance of MinimServer?
