Wrong sorting with Album.ignore.sort

Thanks for this additional detail. As this change causes problems with the ignore.index.sort tag option, the next update will revert the behaviour of the 'ignore' tag option to its original implementation.

I think there is a better solution. For ignore.sort (only), the separator would be ' ! '. For all other ignore settings (ignore.index, ignore.display, ignore.index.sort, ignore.display.sort and ignore.index.display), the separator would be ', '. This fixes the sort order problem originally reported by the OP without showing an ugly index value or display value.
