The AlbumArtist View Shows the AlbumArtist tag twice
I'm not sure if this is a bug or something I've messed up somewhere.
I've set up an Album Artist view with the following config - All my other lists are looking good but the Album Artist is displayed twice, as if the Album Artist was an Album of that Artist sort of. (Sample attached) indexTags: *RecentAdded, *RecentPlayed, AlbumArtist: Album Artist, All Artists: Artist, Genre, Date:Year, #AudioQuality:Quality itemTags: AlbumSort, ArtistSort, AlbumArtistSort tagOptions: Album.sortTags={+AlbumArtist, +Date, AlbumSort, Album}, Date.yearOnly.index.display tagValue: Artist.value.sort={ArtistSort}, AlbumArtist.value.sort={AlbumArtistSort} |

RE: The AlbumArtist View Shows the AlbumArtist tag twice
This display is produced by the control point, not by MinimServer. Which control point are you using? Could the duplicate name be the value of the Artist tag?

I see the same on VLC and both Cambridge Audio StreamMagic apps. I don't see this on the equivalent views from my Synology NAS Media Server either. It's particular to the Album Artist view. I don't think the Artist tag is playing any part here as I have a few albums where the Album Artist and Artist are different and it still shows Album Artist twice. I'd figured I've either done something weird with my config to get the AlbumArtist view or it's a weird bug with that particular tag setup. |

RE: The AlbumArtist View Shows the AlbumArtist tag twice
The StreamMagic app has a bug that shows the AlbumArtist tag value for the artist name. See this post for more information and a suggested workaround.
