Record stream: The recording ends prematurely

I occasionally record streams. The recordings usually start before midnight and end after midnight.
These recordings often end prematurely.

Example from yesterday:
entered in stream.record: OE1+2130-0300 => length is 5:30:00

resulting OE1-20240824-213000.mp3 => recorded only 2:05:40

This is likely to be caused by a glitch in the network stream that causes the connection to time out and be closed. If this happens, there is no automatic restart.

It would be possible to add automatic restart. For example, MinimStreamer could attempt a restart every 30 seconds. If the stream is working again, this would create an additional recording file with a short time gap between the files. If this happens frequently during the recording period, there could be a number of recording files containing different segments of what you wanted to record.
