Only MinimWatch is running on my Mac under Sequoia 15.0.1.

You should follow the instructions in this post if you haven't already done this.

Many thanks - it works fine.

Many thanks, much appreciated as I'm sure while it will be necessary for when Sequoia is released you have other priorities at the moment

RE: Minimwatch is greyed out on Mac Sequoia
With help from Apple technical support, I have found the reason why MinimWatch and MinimServer were not getting separate entries in the Local Network list of apps. I have fixed this and made a few other changes and there is now an official release 2.2.r4 for both MinimWatch and MinimServer with support for macOS Sequoia and previous versions.

All MinimWatch and MinimServer users who are running on a test build should install 2.2.r4. Previously available test builds are no longer supported and the download links for them have been disabled.

Please post any questions and feedback here.

Thanks Simon! Minimwatch is operational again. Confirmed for MacOS 15.0.1 running Minimwatch 2.2.r4.

RE: Minimwatch is greyed out on Mac Sequoia
Simon,

I'm running Mac OS 15.0.1 on an iMac with a 3.8 Gz 8-Core Intel i7. When I download and install Minimwatch 2.2.r4e on startup I get the following message: "UPnP multicast group 239.255.255.250 is not accessible". Minimwatch then shuts down. The control panel does not show a switch to enable local network access for Minimwatch. I'm running Norton Internet Security, but if I shut it down there's no difference. Any ideas?

Thanks!

There is a problem with some versions of Java that can cause this. The recommended version (with a fix for this problem) is Java 21. For details of how to download and install Java 21, see this page. Please let me know if this fixes the problem.
