UPNP folders not shown in Windows
I have a smaller issue and don't find any hint.
I changed from Raspbian to Armbian system.
In the past in Windows there were the same folder structure displayed as in any other apps, but now not anymore.
In Windows I switched on and off the mediastreaming options.
Other UPNP server are shown but not minimserver, how do I solve this issue?
Thanks in advance for your support.

RE: UPNP folders not shown in Windows
Are you sure MinimServer is running? You can check this by visiting the web page http://x.x.x.x:9790 where x.x.x.x is the IP address of your Armbian machine.

RE: UPNP folders not shown in Windows
Of course it is running my apps and my TV can access it.

RE: UPNP folders not shown in Windows
Thanks for confirming this. I am not sure exactly what is not working and what is not working. You said that your apps and your TV can access it. Does this mean you are able to browse and play music in your MinimServer library using apps and your TV? What apps are these?

Displaying folders on another device in Windows Explorer does not use MinimServer but uses the SMB protocol to access an SMB server running on the remote computer.

RE: UPNP folders not shown in Windows
Dear Simon,
I use HiFi Cast and Bubble UPNP as control apps both work as expected.
In the past, I used Windows, when I want to copy music on my smartphone or on a stick. I could use the provided structure of minimserver to find fast music and copy a folder.
At other UPNP server it is working as you see in the attached screenshot above.
I don't know why it now not any longer works. I changed the port of minimserver to 9000 and back to default without success.
I tried to switch off the firewall at Windows, without success.

RE: UPNP folders not shown in Windows
In your screenshot, I see three icons below Netzwerkadressen. What do these icons represent? Are they UPnP servers? What happens if you click on them?

I think this went via SMB protocol like suggsted above. You cannot map a networked drive to Minimserver as far as I am aware.

RE: UPNP folders not shown in Windows
I have been able to find the browsing/copying folder structure shown by Windows Explorer for a network MinimServer instance and I have used this to copy one file to my local PC. I have not changed any media streaming options.

I don't know why MinimServer would not show up in the list of media servers when MinimServer is running on Armbian instead of Raspbian. Some possible reasons are that Armbian might have a firewall that is blocking some requests from Windows or that Armbian might not be running some SMB-related service that is needed to make this work.

Today I see, the folders are visible again, I do not know why.
