cannot find minimserver trial version
Hi,
It seems that my Minimserver has been updated but there is a license error: corrupt serial number. Is it because I have updated to full version but not yet paid? I want to buy a full version but want to try the trial version to see it works or not. But I cannot find the trail version and cannot find MinimServer2 configuration web page. How to change my current version to trial version? Thanks.

Where can I find the QNAP QTS main menu as I cannot find the 3 bars in the left corner.

The corrupt serial number error is an issue in the QNAP firmware for your device, probably caused by something going woing with a firmware update. What do you see for the Serial number value in the System Information tab of the QTS Control Panel > System Status page?

If you contact QNAP support, they should be able to fix this for you. You will not be able to run the trial or full version of MinimServer until this problem is fixed.

When you login to QTS and enter your username and password, on the next screen there is an icon with three horizontal bars in the top left corner of the screen. If you click this icon, you will see the main menu.

What do you see for the Serial number value in the System Information tab of the QTS Control Panel > System Status page?

Found it now, the serial number is "?????????" seems wrong symbol instead of normal serial number.
