activation licence refused with v2.1

I reinstalled my qnap NAS and therefore I had to reinstall minimserver.
I do have version 2.1 (qpkg file) and the licence purchased that match.

but I cannot validate the licence ; instead I am granted with this red message:

[2de1e3fb] License expiry date conflicts with installed package minimserver-update-222

the status tab says MinimServer 2.1 update 222, Copyright © 2012-2022 Simon Nash.
but I did install manually the very file I installed in the first place.

how can I solve this and activate the licence I have ?

You can remove update 222 by doing the following:

1) Select Properties from the MinimWatch menu
2) Select the Packages tab
3) Select minimserver-update-222 and click the Remove button
4) Click the Relaunch button

This will enable MinimServer to start and run.

If you wish, you should be able to manually install update 215 as this was released before your license updates expiry date.

1) Select Properties from the MinimWatch menu
2) Select the Packages tab
3) In the Other package field, type: minimserver-update-215
4) Click the Install button and follow the prompts
5) When the package has been installed successfully, click the Relaunch button

thanks for the information.
In between I bypassed this by restauring the minimserver folder on my NAS that I had fortunately saved before.

I do have side question : I run minim on an old qnap because I cannot run it on my readynad with OS6xxx. Is there a chance you could wrap a package for modern readynas in the future ?

Netgear has discontinued the ReadyNAS product line. There will not be a MinimServer package for the OS6 ReadyNAS models.
