RE: moving Apple. folders to Lumin X1
If it appears like in the screenshot, 2 items

/users/dsmith/Music
/volumes/LaCie2/LaCie Music

You should be ok. You say that your sacd files are under /volumes/LaCie2/LaCie Music
so you don’t need to add another path as Minimserver should be able to find them, but they must be .dsf/.dff file types

The + buttons are used to create a new empty row that can be used to add another folder to the list of folders already there.

Are these SACDs under LaCie2/LaCie Music or under some other Lacie2 folder? If they are under some other Lacie2 folder, you need to add this folder to the contentDir list and then rescan.

the LaCieMusic folder is inside the LaCie2 folder. The SACDs are inside the LaCieMusic folder and are individual folders labeled by genre.. ie.. alRick… Pop.. etc. approximately 8 of them

RE: moving Apple. folders to Lumin X1
Please try doing the following:

1) From the note icon in the menu bar, select Show log
2) In the log window that appears, change the logging level from Info to Verbose
3) Leave the log window open
4) From the note icon, do a rescan

The log window will show all the folders that are being scanned. In the list of folders, do you see LaCie Music and do you see the genre folders underneath LaCie Music?

Hi calloway, maybe you’ve lost my question:
which file type are your SACD albums? .iso or .dsf/dff?

RE: moving Apple. folders to Lumin X1
Thanks for this. In some of your posts you mention LaCie Music and in others you mention LaCieMusic (no space). Is this just a typo or could it be the reason for the problem?
