Purchased the licence, but fdid not get it

I have just purchased a licence for the server and upon the completion of the purchase I got an error saying "access to this file has expired" Contact the merchant. Also I received a confirmation mail with the order details, where it says, the licence have been mailed to you. No, I did not receive anything. Could you please check what is going on?
