Some Error in the Logfile
Hi Simon

I had time today and took a closer look at the Minim Server logfile. I was able to eliminate some errors. But for some time I noticed that I can not play all saved files from the playlists.

To check this, I played the playlist from the Emby server (Emby takes the same files) and it can do it without problems. I can also play the whole album but not from the playlist. I have also regenerated the playlists. It always appears the same error.

In the playlist Chillout René are 183 entries. Only two do not work. Do you have another idea what it could be.

Here the exact error message from the logfile

Error: playlist _Playlisten/Chillout René.m3u: no matching file for ../Barclay James Harvest/Everyone Is Everybody Else/01 - Child of the Universe.flac
Error: playlist _Playlisten/Chillout René.m3u: no matching file for ../Cassidy Eva/Live at Blues Alley/08 - Fields Of Gold.flac
Error: playlist _Playlisten/Christmas modern.m3u: no matching file for ../Christmas/Michael Buble - Christmas/05 - All I Want For Christmas Is You.flac
Error: playlist _Playlisten/Christmas modern.m3u: no matching file for ../Christmas/Michael Buble - Christmas/02 - Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.flac
Error: playlist _Playlisten/Demo Bass.m3u: unknown folder for ../Cole Holly/Don't Smoke in Bed/DSD/06 - Everyday Will Be Like A Holiday.dsf
Error: playlist _Playlisten/Demo Sound.m3u: no matching file for ../Audiophile Recordings/Burmester Art For The Ear/CD 2/05 - Back on the Block.flac

RE: Some Error in the Logfile
This message means the file in the playlist (for example, ../Barclay James Harvest/Everyone Is Everybody Else/01 - Child of the Universe.flac) does not exist in your library. The filename must match the playlist entry exactly, with punctuation, spaces and upper-case/lower-case letters identical.

RE: Some Error in the Logfile
But the File exist like all other.

I build the Playlist with the Playlist Creature. And all is looking good. Only the Minimserver has with 5 Flac Files Problem. My Playlist contains about 500 Files

And the Emby Server use the same Playlist and can play 01 - Child of the Universe.flac
as example

RE: Some Error in the Logfile
You could compare the access rights of a working file with a none working file.

RE: Some Error in the Logfile
Are you running both MinimServer and Emby Server on Windows?

Please zip your complete playlist Chillout René.m3u and attach the zipped file to a post here. Please do not post the contents of the Chillout René.m3u file inline.

RE: Some Error in the Logfile
Hi Simon
Thanks for your support. I know it is a small problem

Minimserver and Emby both running on a Synology NAS

Access rights are not the problem. I have a Problem with Mp3tag and for this reason I need to give all Music Files full access rights.

RE: Some Error in the Logfile
Thanks for this. I see the playlist contains the following:

#EXTINF:288,Live At Blues Alley - 8 - Fields Of Gold
../Cassidy Eva/Live at Blues Alley/08 - Fields Of Gold.flac

Are you sure this folder is named Live at Blues Alley (small a) and not Live At Blues Alley (capital A).

RE: Some Error in the Logfile
Hi Simon

I find the Problem. My Source for all is on my Windows Computer. I manipulate all Files her, the playlist to.

Then i copy all files any time with robocopy to the Nas. I delete now the problem Album on the NAS, copy all again and now all works fine.

Thanks for your support
