On Windows 11 Beta channel with the Windows Subsystem For Android installed (and 'Advanced networking' enabled), you can side-load the BubbleUPnP APK and run it almost transparently as if it was a Windows app. Though you cannot run licensed as it depends on the Play Store being available.
When that Android subsystem rolls out to regular Windows 11 and the Amazon appstore is generally available, it will be possible to install BubbleUPnP from the Amazon appstore (which has its own purchasable license).

I have done this, but Bubble does not see Minim (running on a QNAP) or my Linn streamer.

For it to work you need to enable advanced networking in the Windows Subsystem for Android settings.

Not sure which Windows 11 version starts to have this option exactly but Beta (or Dev) channels should have it. See screenshot ("Advanced networking").
