Not Displaying Artwork According To File Type
Hi
I know it has appeared elsewhere, but nothing discussed previously appears to cover my issue. Using Cambridge Audio StreamMagic I used to be able to view all artwork, but now I only appear to be able to view artwork when playing MP3 music files regardless of profile. All files contain a 'Front Cover' artwork embedded as a tag and all artwork is no larger than 800x800 (to display in cars). They used to all display, and do so on my Squeezebox, and in my cars so I'm wondering if an update has caused this problem? MinimServer 2.1 update 218 (latest) StreamMagic Android app 2.8.3 (latest) Regards |

There have no updates to MinimServer that could cause this problem. Can you try another control point to see whether it is a StreamMagic issue?

My apologies: this was a false report made in haste!
Upon further investigation I found all of my non-MP3 files had all the tags removed! Avast virus checker found nothing, so not sure what's gone on. Squeezebox utilises the artwork folder too; hence the display of artwork on this device. Restored last backup and all good again. Phew! |
