Image Attaching
Have downloaded music file and shows in 'MultiMedia file & plays music OK. However the file came with an image JPG file - but this is not displayed on Ipad display. Using Moon 390. Some threads have instructed to add using the artist folder but have not succeed. Would appreciate some guidance as seems straightforward??
Think need to load an 'artist' folder with the JPG - but do not know how. Thank Mark at Music in London |

Is the image file in the same folder as the music file? What are the filenames of both files?

Yes the image file came in the same download folder.
The folder name is Rhene-Baton - which is the same as the jpg file. Trust that is clear and thank you for answering |

What is the filename of the music file?
Also, does the music file have a Title tag? If so, what is the exact value of this tag? For example, if the Title tag is Rhene-Baton, MinimServer would look for an artwork file named Rhene-Baton.jpg. |

Within the Multi-Media Folder is an folder named Rhene-Baton & with that folder is an item/image tagged Rhene-Baton.jpg
But when the folder/music file is displayed within the streamer device (being Moon 390) no image is displayed. Thank you Mark |

Are you sure the spelling is exactly the same?
E.g. Rhené-Baton won't match Rhene-Baton.jpg You might try copy and pasting the name used in the folder, sometimes a slight difference in name can cause an image not to appear. |

You might need to use a tagging program such as Mp3tag to find this information. |
