update minim server to minimServer 2on synology docker

I updat my both minimserver one on syology dsm 6.2 app and one in a docker from minimworld 2.0.28

the minimserver2 in the dsm 6.2 app runs and is lizensiert

but the one in the docker brings the error:'MinimServer shared folder on host is not shared with this container' and 'License file not found' when I activate the full lizense

I'm also running MinimSever 2 in a Docker container on my Synology (now DSM 7, before on DSM 6.2). Did you ensure that you configured your music directory and the MinimServer directory correctly for the Docker container?

As steamfan has said, this is related to how you are creating the Docker container. Please check steps 15 and 16 in this section.

I still don't understand what the directories are for? The Music folder set I on the web-config Right?

I suspect your problem is caused by the MinimServer and music folders being on different volumes. This is also indicated by the error message, highlighted in red, on the MinimServer configuration page.

This configuration looks wrong. On the right side are the mount paths WITHIN the docker container. An dockers knows nothing about the volumes on the Synology (more or less).

So my advice is the following:

1. in the docker configuration enter the paths as you can see them in my screenshot
2. start the container
3. access the web configuration page of MinimServer and enter the correct path tp your audio files
   
   1. if on the Synology your audio files are under /volume4/music/MyMusic enter /music/MyMusic
      
4. Restart MinimServer
