Fail to play DSD 11.2MHz native

Hello again ,
we are not using the USB input into Matrix , hardwired Ethernet cable LAN to the QNAP and Router ...all working fine and we did some upgrading and testing this weekend ...we have now no trouble streaming from Qnap via Qfile direct to the Matrix at 5.6MHZ /11.2 MHZ native , it works , bit we still cannot do this via the Kazoo Linn app....it actually gets the Hi/Res files , plays , but there is no sound ...!!!! Put the ear to the speaker and there is a very faint sound....so , in summary we think it is a Kazoo app limitation ...!!!
would be nice to be able to get a way around that , can the transcode limit be increased on your steamer ....??? as the Matrix app is crap , or alternative get around using another app ( Lumin ) if there is a way without using a Lumin DAC or Streamer ....much prefer your system...

And the last, can we set stream.transcode to use other code except Dop???
