License server error 500

Dear Support,
After an update of minimserver, the license is disabled.
I get the following message on the homepage:

Your license type is Starter. For more information, select the License tab.
License server error 500: [b4a7e0d7] Full license activation record not found; resetting to Starter Edition
License server error 500: [b4b74770] Unexpected ukey 11eb68afe42cdd96

Should I wait a bit and try to enter the license later?

Same here.

My Synology NAS has a valid licence.
My backup system is Mint 20.2 and I thought it was something to do with recent upgrade from 20.1

Both versions are 195, but with the Mint 20.2 system the licence activates ok

But when I click to the Licence tab, I get this

From checking the license server logs, it looks like there was a problem with the license database between about 14:30 and 17:20 UTC today, now resolved. This is not related to the recent MinimServer update. If anyone is still experiencing problems, please let me know.

Thanks for the update, the license is accepted again.

Hi Simon,

Still have the same problem with mine. Exactly as noted above.

The licence details from my Synology install (the one that's OK) say:
"You are using 2 of 3 license activations. Your license is activated on the following devices:

Device Activated
Linux Mint 20.2 Uma 2021-03-15 15:34:28 UTC
Synology DS420+ 2021-03-15 15:27:49 UTC"

But the Mint install keeps reverting to the starter version.

Whether it was there before I can't say, but minimstreamer is in the "available packages" section, but greyed out on the Mint inatall.

Having tried again, I seem to get different error numbers.
