indexTags greyed out and cannot be changed

indexTags greyed out and cannot be changed
I'd like to change the indexTags but they're greyed out and therefore can't be altered.

Am I missing something?

To answer my own question, I just needed to purchase a license, which I've now done and that field is editable.
