Lean Menu Structure on DNLA ?

There's a lot of menu items. An example

Genre
-> No Albums
-> No items
-> Artist
-> Date
-> All Artists
-> Composer

How can I get only the ones in bold.

My apologies, erveryone is right, saying RTFM . Unfortunately my understanding of english and a quite technical approach is not that good. So guidance is really appreciated.
