Ackward issue with Folder view artwork view
Putting in 2 different Artists folder a different folder.jpg file is resulting in the same view but with different picture.
The situation is: - Folder A with picture X results in picture C - Folder B with picture B results in picture C - all other folders are working to the Minimserver rules I tried without succes: - reinstalling Java - stop Minimserver and removed all mcache files, forcing a complete rescan - rename folder A with picture X to something new results in picture X - rename folder B with picture B to something new results in picture B - rename back to original name results in the same old situation[/i] What is happening here? Is picture C a default reference? Is caching here still the problem? ============================================ When displaying a folder in folder view, MinimServer looks for artwork using the following search order: A file named folder.jpg, folder.png, cover.jpg or cover.png in the folder, using the case-matching search order described in steps 6 to 9 above Artwork in JPEG, PNG, GIF or BMP format embedded within an audio file in the folder. If more than one audio file in the folder has embedded artwork, the artwork from the first such file encountered when scanning the folder is used. |

RE: Ackward issue with Folder view artwork view
Are A, B, C and X the actual names of the folders and pictures? If not, it would be helpful to give the actual names and/or post screenshots.
Which control point are you using? Can you try a different control point to confirm whether this is a control point issue? |

RE: Ackward issue with Folder view artwork view
Folder A = L:\foobar2000\## POP ##\Joe Jackson Band( xxx)
Folder B = L:\foobar2000\## POP ##\John Denver( xxx) Both including a different folder.jpg (X & B). Picture C was initially used for folder A but for analyse purpose I changed it for X. Changing C to X didn't change this strange occurance. A test case output (done with Joe Jackson Band xxx) is included. It is easy to see that the actual folder.jpg is not the image showed by my iPhone 12 after a rescan with Minimwatch. Two folders act this strange, all (339) other folders works fine. But checking with Kazoo on my PC it works well! Clearing cache was not enough, only a full Kazoo uninstall / install brought back the right picture. So, iOS is causing this. Strangely only with these two folders. |

RE: Ackward issue with Folder view artwork view
This has come up previously with Kazoo on iOS. Its image caching code sometimes gets confused and shows a "random" image.
