Rating - Track and Album Rating

Dear all

It seems I overlook this. Is it truly not possible to view the track / album ratings on a control point app?

And: is it possible to CHANGE the track / album rating while listening / by using a control point app? And is the changed track / album rating stored as a metadata with the file or is this (changed) information stored apart from the music file?
