Hi Simon, I installed MinimStreamer a couple of weeks ago and have relaunched it many times sincew attempting to fix things. Attached screenshot :

Thanks for confirmng this. Please post the exact complete contents of your .m3u file. If the format of the .m3u file is not correct, this could explain the problem.

RE: Help with vTuner Please for a Newbie/Dummy
Thanks for this. The file format is fine.

Are you using the foo_upnp plugin (UPnP Browser Selection tab) in foobar2000 to play the streams? If you are playing the streams directly from the Default tab, you will get this message in a pop-up window:

Unable to open item for playback (Unsupported file format):

repeated for every stream in the playlist.

Hi, yes, I'm playing through the foo_upnp plugin (UPnP Browser Selection tab) and still getting that message

I think I'm getting closer. Schoolboy error, I forgot to add the BBC Radio HLS file location to Minimservers content directory list. Now it appears on my Pioneer as you sais it should, doh ! However, BBC Radio 2 is the only one that will play, the others are listed bur have exclamations in front of them. I also still get the error messages on Foobar.

Your entry for Radio 2 is in a different format from the other stations. Try changing [R3] to [R3;aac] and it should play (after a rescan). R2 also has an asterisk but this is obsolete and ignored now.

Brilliant, all working on the Pioneer now, and showing up as an AAC stream. Many thanks for all your help. Smile
