Issue after upgrading to MinimServer 2
Today I’ve updated MinimServer 0.8 running on my Melco N1ZH/2 to Minim Server 2. Everything went well and worked as expected (i.e MinimServer 2 was working fine in Starter Edition mode) until I’ve activated the free 30-day trial. Since then MinimServer 2 refuses to run and throws two error messages in the status tab:
Quote:Error setting property contentDir: Not an absolute path: {/mnt/disk1/share/all}{/mnt/expansion1}{/mnt/expansion2}
Error setting property stream.transcode: Unknown component name

The license tab shows:
Quote:Resource not found: license-unknown.html

Any help would be appreciated.

Please select the Profiles tab, then click View, then take a screenshot of the page and post it here. Many thanks.

RE: Issue after upgrading to MinimServer 2
MinimServer 2 update 151 is now available. It should fix all these problems.

This is an automatic update, so it will be installed automatically when MinimServer is stopped and restarted from the Media Seerver App menu or when the Melco is powered off and on, unless you have disabled automatic updates.

Alternatively, you can install update 151 from MinimWatch (select About, then click 'Show updates' and follow the prompts).

Please let me know if you experience any problems after installing this update.

RE: Issue after upgrading to MinimServer 2
Unfortunately it still does’t work. The error regarding contentDir is gone, but MinimServer still complains about stream.transcode.

RE: Issue after upgrading to MinimServer 2
Since I’ve purchased a full license yesterday, it isn’t mandatory for me that the trial license works, but in its current state MinimServer doesn’t allow entering my license information. If clicking on the license tab, it shows:

RE: Issue after upgrading to MinimServer 2
Please can you do the following:

1) Open the log window in MinimWatch
2) Set the logging level to Debug
3) From the Melco front panel Media Server App menu, select Off, then wait a few seconds
4) From the Media Server App menu, select MinimServer
5) Open the log window in MinimWatch
6) Use the 'Save as' button to save the debug log file
7) Zip (or compress) this file and attach the zipped file to a post here

I think this is the best way for me to find out why this is happening on your system and not on mine. Many thanks for your help with this.
