Minimstreamer solves v-tuner problem
I am a big internet radio fan but just recently the v-tuner services which support my all-in-one Technics player have broken, leaving me with no internet radio on the device. A quick trial showed that I could use the DMP option to receive via Minimstreamer from my main minimserver. But as I wanted a switch on and forget system I turfed out a forgotten Raspberry Pi and installed minimserver on Raspbian. Thanks to the clear instructions this worked first time and it was easy to install Minimstreamer. I then installed a static version of ffmpeg and that was about it. Power consumption of this set up is less than 3 watts and the CPU load is so little that it doesn't even get hot.
Big thanks again and I guess its time for another contribution! |

RE: Minimstreamer solves v-tuner problem
Hi,
this is an interesting topic, also for me. I have trouble with MinimServer and vTuner service (sometimes my streaming client is not able to access the vTuner radio station). Could you please share your playlist file and any other configuration? Kind regards steamfan |
