Help with setting up search by file resolution
Hi, computer dummy here,

I am new to Minim Server and have now successfully installed it along with MinimWatch and managed to get it up and running Wink

What I would like to be able to do is search by resolution, I.E. be able to look for 196 24 files

Is this possible? and if so can someone tell me in plain EnglishSad how to do this?

kit is Linn DS, QNAP NAS.

Regards

Clive

RE: Help with setting up search by file resolution
Hi Clive,

the section Browsing your library/Special index and item tags in the manual describes how to do this.

RE: Help with setting up search by file resolution
As Ersnt says. All you need to do is put the following in indexTags:

#AudioFormat,#AudioData,#AudioQuality

RE: Help with setting up search by file resolution
Thanks for this info. I tried it last night and it didn’t work, however, I forgot the # before the text so I’ll change this and see how I get on. I’m away until Sunday night so can’t try again until then.

Thank you and kind regards
Clive
