Java Error - Minimserver 0.8.5.3

Hi,
I don’t know if this is the same error as the one in the thread “Java error - MinimServer 0.8.5.2 update 125”…
Since I installed version 0.8.5.3 of Minimserver on my Synology DS211j NAS, I’ve been getting through Minimwatch the error message “Unexpected exception java.lang.NullPointerException”. I have tried manually re-installing Minimserver on the NAS, and the problem remains. Before the update to this version, I had no problems;. any ideas on how to fix this please?

It is probably the same error (I can't be sure without seeing the full stack trace). See this post for the solution.

Thanks Simon, it was indeed the same error, and with a generous helping of double quotes I am now back to the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless MinimServer.
