options unavailable from icon

options unavailable from icon
Windows 10, right click on the icon does not give me any options at all. Also not on the properties page. What is wrong?

You need to right-click on the small minim icon (single musical note) in the Windows system tray, not the larger "minims and stave" icon on the desktop.
