minimserver not running on ts-409 qnap

Minimserver icon remains grey after restarting. Message in system log is minimserver start error /usr/local/jre/bin/java error while loading shared libraries cannot open shared object file No such file or dir (that is all the message I can see).

I have gone through troubleshooting except for loading on another computer.

Help would be appreacitaed

Is this a new installation of MinimServer 0.8.5.2? Have you followed all the steps in this section?
