Stable UUID?
Hi
It seems like everytime I restart Minimserver, its uuid changes or at least it looks that way to me. Couple of my players on Android actually trust that number to find the devices quickly. Is it possible to assign a uniq uuid that does not change across sessions? thanks |

The UDN used by MinimServer is written into the minimserver.config file when MinimServer is started for the first time and never changes after this unless you delete the minimserver.config file.

What is the difference between monitorUDN and the normal UDN? Can they be the same?

Do not change either of these. They must not be the same. monitorUDN is the device (in UPnP terms) that is used by MinimWatch and udn is the device that is used by UPnP control points.
