MinimServer and multichannel file
Does MinimServer have options similar to "Channel mapping only" or "Downmix as needed" when dealing with multichannel files as available on Roon? I installed Minimserver on Melco N1A which is connected to PS Audio DirectStream DAC Jr using the Player mode. Thanks.

RE: MinimServer and multichannel file
There are no such options in MinimServer.

If you are using MinimStreamer with FFmpeg as the stream converter, you might be able to use the convOut option of the stream.options property to add FFmpeg filters to do this processing. You would need to research this yourself as I don't know whether FFmpeg supports this functionality.

Could you explain how MinimServer handle multichannel files in my case? Does it just send all the channels from Melco N1A to the DAC? Thanks always.

Yes, all channels in the audio file are sent to the renderer.
