cant play DSD .dsf files on Melco N1A/minimserver

Please point to the posts if this question has already been asked and answered.

I bought a Melco N1A, installed minimserver on it, connected to the PS Audio DirectStream DAC Jr using ethernet cable (i.e., using Melco N1A player mode). The problem is that I can't play any .dsf files. The PS Audio DAC can receive and play DSD .dsf and .diff file without any problem if I use Roon on my PC. Please advice.

Do you have any MinimStreamer transcoding options set? If not, try setting stream.transcode to dsf:dopwav. This sends the DSD audio information in a WAV wrapper. This wrapping is required by some DACs.

I read that already. However, I may have missed something. I already installed MinimServer on Melco N1A following the instruction provided here http://minimserver.com/install-melco.html. But, I could not find the instruction I need from this link and minimstreamer.com where and how to install MinimWatch and MinimStreamer separately from MinimServer. Thanks.

Thanks for being patient with me. I had no problem with installing MinimServer on Melco by following the instruction at http://minimserver.com/install-melco.html. I was told that I need to install MinimStreamer/MinimWatch in order to configure to play .dsf and .diff files. However, I could not find instruction to install MinimStreamer/MinimWatch separately from MinimServer, also where to install them, on PC? on Melco?

Follow the MinimServer install link above and select Windows, Mac OS X or Linux to install MinimWatch first on the device you will using to control MinimServer.
Then using MinimWatch you can install MinimStreamer then enter the property mentioned by Simon above.
