Synology update DSM 6.0.1-7393

Hi all just a quick note to say I installed this update this evening on my DS214play

Minimserver then wouldn't start due to a corrupted Java 8 installation.

A reinstall of Java 8 repaired the situation, and minimserver is now working again.

It may be a one off, but if you get the same behaviour, it should (hopefully) be a simple fix for you as well (i.e. there's nothing wrong with minimserver itself)

Thanks for this. Actually, there is a potential issue with MinimServer and DSM upgrades. See this post and subsequent discussion on the thread.
