Minimwatch for Mac disappears
I have just installed Minimserver on a Synology DS416, and so far so (very) good,
BUT, when I installed Minimwatch on a Mac mini (running El Capitan) it didn't seem to do anything. Then, when I ejected the disc image, Minimwatch disappeared from the menu bar! This means that the only way I can see to get Minimserver to display items newly added to the music library is to restart it using the Synology Package Centre... Any observations / suggestions please? Regards, nimonic |

RE: Minimwatch for Mac disappears
As it says in step 2 of this section, you should drag MinimWatch into your Applications folder and run it from there. If you do this, ejecting the MinimWatch disk image won't cause MinimWatch to be removed from the menu bar.
To rescan the library, you need to click the MinimWatch minim icon in the menu bar and select Rescan. |
