Failed to run package service

I get following message on my Synology 415+NAS:
“Failed to run the package service/Minim server is not running.”
Upgraded NAS to DSM 6.0 and Java 7.
I installed manually 0.8.3.4-x64.spk and clicked run and then get above message.
Rebooted the NAS and re-installed 0.8.3.4-x64.spk again, to no avail.

Any ideas?

There is some text cut off at the right-hand edge of the screenshot (after 'wrong'). What is the missing text?

From the rest of the screenshot, it looks like your version of Java doesn't match the version of MinimServer that you have installed. For DSM 6.0 on your NAS, both Java and MinimServer should be the x64 versions.

Thank you for the reply> I have now installed Java 8 and it seems to be running, so your observation is indeed correct. Cross my fingers that I will find my library again.
