Noob question
Hi,

My renderer only manages up to 24/192. Now, of all my albums, only one is 24/352 so it really bugs me that when I get to this album, I get silence. Is there a way I can set minim-streamer to down-sample only tracks that are 24/352?

If this is a daft question, please forgive my ignorance.

C

It isn't a daft question. Selecting downsampling based on the original sample rate isn't currently supported. To enable you to hear this album, you could do an offline downsampling conversion of this album using dBpoweramp or a similar converter program.

Thank you Simon. If I could be a touch more annoying - is there a similar program for Mac OS? All I can find seems to be Aluconverter, but the version that can do 352 is uber expensive, sadly.

You should be able to use XLD to change the sample rate. I don't know whether XLD can handle a 352.8 kHz input file.
