Serving a full cd image or a single wav/flac file with multiple songs

Did you ever consider handling a full CD image with a toc rather than individual tracks?

Not that I'm sure what to use it for, except the TOC could be non-unique in tht you could have alternate TOC descriptions for the same image, making gapless playback of attacca movements easier to accomplish, one TOC description being "4th movement" followed by "5th movement" and another being "movements 4&5, attacca", for the same section of the full image.

I have considered this and I don't have any plans to support it.
