My Sony BDP-S370 BluRay+Media player says Minimserver doesn't support DLNA
My old Sony BDP-S370 BluRay + Media player won't admit Minimserver is a DLNA server; it "sort of" sees Minimserver, but says "Doesn't support DLNA".

In my case, this is using minimserver on a FreeNAS system, as per the efforts by Airflow and both Simons , so I have no idea if this is specific to my setup or a general problem.

This is in effect a duplicate post to the one on this thread. I have responded there.

I was just being formal. Reports of dysfunctional behavior should go in Support, but could be worth mentioning when I finished a HowOnEarthDoIthread.

Please don't post the same question to mutiple threads. This creates confusion and makes the discussion hard to follow. I am closing this thread to prevent further discussion here.
