Sorting <n> items index
Hi,

I see an index called "<n> Items" in the top category in the control point. When I select that all the songs are displayed using the song Title as the sort key. Is there a way to sort the songs in "items" by Album first and then by Title?

I tried using the tap option items.sortTags, but figured sortTags is supported for Album tag only. Is there a workaround for this?

So far i'm loving this tool, I'm thinking of additional ways to index my library, all credit to your flexible tagging support. Thanks very much!

At present, it isn't possible to customize the sort order of the "n items" list. I will look into the possibility of adding this in a future release.

It would be really great to have this feature. The specific use case i'm trying is this: I added AudioQuality as an indexTag. It works like charm and buckets my library into HD, CD+ and CD. As you can imagine, each category now has 100+ songs in "N items" and i'm trying add all of them to the playlist, but they are not sorted in any particular order. I have to go to each album and add them one by one to the playlist. But if they are already sorted by Album in "n items", I can just add them all.

Can't you just add "n albums" to the playlist instead of adding "n items"? This would give you the desired sort order.

Awesome, that works for me.

This feature is now available in MinimServer update 67.
